We loved the safe neighborhood and the shop conveniently across the road. With only a short walk or bus ride to the City Centre, we were blown away by how central and stylish this hidden gem was. The added touch of milk, biscuits, tea, and coffee was jaw-droppingly thoughtful. The Phoenix is definitely a 10/10!

The added bonus of having use of the kitchen was fantastic, as it allowed us to make our own breakfast and enjoy a homely atmosphere. The thoughtful touches of providing milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, and more made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, with the City Centre within a half-hour walk or a short bus ride from the main road. We felt safe in the nice area, and having a shop just across the road was very convenient.
